THE INCIDENT

Dear Innocent Consumers...Please don't be fooled by digichilli's rip off deals they are advertising. They are not fast, they have lots of down time and nobody ever gets back to you when you call. Not forgetting they don't take responsibility for their colleagues misinformation. I was told by digichilli sales that i'd get the same speeds as my telkom dsl account....NO WAY!!! I've been surfing at dial-up speeds. Digichilli blames telkom, but surprise suprise i haven't yet cancelled my telkom account and for some strange reason it's faster than the digichilli account. I'm using the exact line and router with digichilli and telkom and have endless speed and timeout's with digichilli. Their call center refuses to assist(Andre) even after we identified that it's a Digichilli problem. I've done their speed test and been moved to different pipelines to no avail. According to Andre it's unfeesable for them to allow faster speeds on uncapped accounts...Why didn't you mention that when I was initially interested. Why advertise 'hot, fast. uncapped' if it's as FAST as dial-up?

Just a heads up people!!!

RATHER SPEND A R100 OR R200 MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

As per our telephonic discussion we are more then willing to refund you in full for your payment made. I have apologised for the misinformation given to you by the agent you spoke to when we launched and I have explained to you that our packages are not at line speed. We are very keen to see why you get such bad speed as our other spicy customers get their 256KB speeds. Please feel free to contact me so we can remedy this for or give you a refund. We can not change our packages to run at line speed but might bring out a capped solution at line speed to cater for you needs a little later on.

Utterly disgusted: To no surprise you people still seem to forget the fact that you advertised a guaranteed minimum 256K on the package I signed up for. I'm glad to inform you that Mweb has promised a better deal. In future i will steer clear from small crooked busine
